access right guest/standard account

Hi, I wonder what's the difference between a Guest account & a standard account in terms of access right. I want to modfiy either account user not to access some program in my PC. How can I do that?

For both Vista and Windows 7, you can deny permission. This can be done in a standard account

A Guest account is recommended if your Whole Family or Friends Use the computer a Guest account is an Account for a Person who doesn't have a Standard account and the Guest account has the Same Rights as a Standard Account (Without Parental Controls)

A Standard Account is recommended for Children or Yourself A useful tip is I wouldn't have a Guest Account Enabled When you have a Child has a standard account with Parental Controls for the Guest Account can Access the Entire Internet

Basically a Guest account is Like a Temporary Standard Account to quickly Surf the Web and Check your Email when you don't have an Account
