ok i have a system error 5 which is resulting in me not being able to acsess my firewall settings to allow starcraft 2 through for the instalation. The account i have set as admin does not allow me to change settings due to me not having administration privlidges it also will not allow me to create or upgrade a new/another account it just takes me bk and when creating it says i cannot contain ? etc when i dont have any in.
Any ideas? Ive tried alot of the command prompts and they just dont seem to work
