Hey I would love to find out how to restore a gateway desktop.Here's the problem:
I most messed my PC because. But one day I downloaded something and I got this weird error with a rapidshare or torrent or something I was installing, then all of the sudden I had ""open with" program pop up or open with .exe. Ever since then I can't download anything(to fix it ) I stupidly uninstalled Norton. I have a recovery disc to fix and it wont boot up anyway, All my programs wont load cause of unknown file. I can't access start up repair's full restore and not even gateway recovery DVD(and gateway recovery won't load. Firewall doesn't work.
How can I Fully restore and reinstall to factory settings.
