hello this is botherin my computer...my windows defended keeps turning off...i dont have windows live care on, which is weird...and on my security center which you accesed from services from administrative tools, i found this security center properties which has log on tab, what is the function of this tab, and they are these passwords below it...just wondering....

Could you please post a screen shot of it? I am not certain on what you mean. To post one, go to Start > Type in "Snipping Tool" in the search box. Then take a snapshot of the Window, and save it.
