Reset TPM lockout - Vista Ultimate

Hey Guys, does anyone know how to reset the TPM lockout for windows vista ultimate?

I have the owner password but can't find any way to use it to reset the timer.

Any help appreciated

Okay never mind I got the first part, does anyone know how to find the owner password from the .tpm backup file so I can manually type it?
