I have 2 accounts on my Vista x64 installation, 1 Admin and 1 Standard User.
In Windows Explorer, the Standard User is unable to browse to the folders belonging to the Admin User (e.g C:\Users\Admin). Fine.
But.... if the Standard User uses the Search field in Windows Explorer, and chooses "Search in SubFolders", files from the whole system (which meet the search criteria) are displayed, and the Standard User can open them. This is surely a bug right?
I scratched my head wondering how my 5 year old how had managed to get my CV from my private folder to his Desktop, until I realised how he was doing it
Try it, and see if you have the same problem, and better still, post a solution if you have one.
Cheers
