if this has been properly answered already - I really have looked but not found a satisfactory solution anywhere.
Reading the posts this seems to be a common problem - user not being able to delete/cut-paste/alter a folder, despite having administrator permission. "you need to confirm this operation", yada yada.
I am computer literate. I've checked the folder permissions. Yes I have administrator permission. Yes I am the owner of said folder and all contents (a Chris de Burgh album I'm ashamed to admit). But can I delete the frickin' thing? Negative. Grrrr...!
Someone please:
1. how do I delete this damn folder? I've flirted with Chris's folk stories and I really don't want them on my computer any more; and
2. why is Vista tormenting us like this?
Any assistance much appreciated. :D
