Can Live One Care by Microsoft work combined with other antivirus?

After reading few posts referring to Live One Care by Microsoft, I get really curious about it, but I already have an antivirus: bitdefender totalsecurity 2008 and a spyware: CounterSpy.

Can I combine those with Live OneCare by Microsoft or should I run it alone?

By the way, does spybot have a version for vista x64?
