Sufficient Rights

When I back-up my computer to a mobile hard drive, certain files will not back-up and I get "you do not have sufficient rights to perform this action". There are no apparent options to permit access. I have the only account on the computer and it is an administrator account.

Can someone help me with this? Thank you

first you need tell us whether the file that ur are trying to copy is a shared file or not. if its shared u need to enable share permissions appropirately. also check the ntfs security part where u have the apporpriate perimission configured. in order to help u i would need more information ..
