No Sound after Vista update

Hi everyone:

New member.

I have an Acer PC running Vista. After Windows updated today, I lost all sound. Reinstalled RealTek Audio. Still no sounds or music. Please help!

Can you right-click on the sound icon in your system tray then select Playback-devices, then take a screenshot of this and attach it for me please?
