Hi: I'm tyring to practice my German by listening to an audio book in German. I also have the same audio book in English translation. What I was hoping to do was to listen to a few paragraphs in German. Then listen to a the same few paragraphs in translation in English from the other audio source, to pick up anything I missed. Then go back to the German and listen to the next few paragraphs. Then back to the English. And so on, back and forth.
The requirement is that I want to keep my place in each of two different audio recordings and go back and forth between the two of them.
I can't figure out how one would do this with Windows Media Player. As soon as you open an audio file, you lose any other you were previously in and start again at the beginning of the new one. Is there any way I can do what I want to do with one computer only? Scrolling to approximately the right place and then listening is simply way too inconvenient.
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!!!
