Speech recognition is minimized during configuration.

When I try to Setup, Configure, Train, or Improve Speech Recognition--Speech recognition is minimized, greyed out, and and does not hear my microphone. I get the message: "Speech recognition is minimized during configuration."

When I close any of these, the Speech Window returns to Listening.

Any advice is appreciated.
