Gday fellas
I am wondering if anyone has tried the new Corsair Vengeance Headset?
I currently have the Corsair HS1A headset, but sadly it is also my second set, within a space of around 6 months, I started losing sound in the left ear piece. Sent it back as an RMA, and am still waiting for skycomp to refund my money (they have none in stock, don't know when new stock will be arriving). The product was returned to them 6 months ago.
I thought okay I got a lemon, and purchased a second set from mwave, these too are now having intermittent drop outs with the sound.
The problem is the HS1A's are an extremely comfortable headset to wear (and they keep your ears warm to). I like the extra-wide, extra deep ear cups with the microfiber.
I do not like headsets that sit on your ears.
So other than the Corsair headsets (with mic), do any of you know of a comparable headset.
I am now wary of the Corsair Headset, two consecutive failures, within around the same time frame. The only bonus with Corsair is they have a two year warranty.
However before I go once again putting my hand in my pocket, I was wanting either an alternative or someones own personal experience.
