Hello there!
I happen to have a question about the windows speech recognition. As I enter the control panel and double click on the speech recognition icon i don't get the standard ready-to-set-up menu, instead i get this:

I did click the blue marked words, and i got directed on a Microsoft page, explaining what wsr is. I searched high and low for a way to install this on my computer, but failed, miserably.
So my question is the following: Is it possible that i cannot install speech recognition on my computer? If it is indeed possible for me to install the speech recognition software how can i do it?
I would very much appreciate any kind of help, as I'm an aspiring English student, and speech recognition would very much help perfect my pronunciation.
