I don't know what happened. In the Device Manager, the Sound, Video, and Game Controller is nowhere to be found. I even clicked "Show hidden devices"
"Sound, Video, and Game Controller" tab is missing

Maybe you don't have any? This is possible if you have an outboard GPU and an outboard sound card. They might not show up under "SVaG" and instead show up as separate classes, like your video card under "Display Adapters."
