k-lite codec pack audio troubles :(

When i watch videos online the audio wouldn't work, so i was told to download the k-lite codec pack. The audio started working but it was way too fast for the video. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Uninstall K-lite codec pack...

For reasons too complicated to explain in the time I have... it's likely the codec pack has added more confusion to your particular codec needs.

Windows makes available codec packs to suite your system...explore ffdshow as another option.
