USB Headset Question

Hello, I have a concern about Vista as far as Headsets go. I know in XP you can set things up if you have a USB headset so that if you are talking on Skype, the only thing coming through your headset is the other person's voice, and the rest of the system sounds and such come through your speakers. Is it possible to do this with Vista and a USB headset as well? If so, can someone give me like... a guide or something on how to do it? Because the menus for Vista are kind of... confusing at the moment for me.

I believe so, I am using the audio jack in the back for the speakers and a USB headset.

Well...you can do this in Vista as well....Well, I know you can with realtek HD audio.

So, it will be good if you could identify your sound.
