realtek alc885 can not be insatalled on visata 32bit ultimate sp1......HELP !!!

:cry: hello i hv a gigabyte motherboard which came with realtek audio chip... it installes WINDOWS DEFAULT DRIVERS and When i tried to install my REALTEK Drivers which came up with my motherboard CD ,, it falied...

i mean i can not remove the default drivers which came with the system....

pls helll
