Hi,
On an HP Pavillion 9700 running , Windows Media Player and QuickPlay were both invoked on a DVD at the same time. This rendered them both non-functional.
I attempted to load the K-Lite Codec pack, which wanted to adjust some registry settings, which I allowed.
Now, both tools recognize the DVD and seem to play it with sound, but no video is displayed.
Any help would be well appreciated,
