Hi im new here and i have a sound card compatibillity problam

hi im new here and my name is roy :o
i run a vista ultimate x64 and averything working fine:D
the problam is in a computer of a friend..
he installed vista ultimate x64 on his PC
after installation complete he cannot hear sounds at all
after he found a driver that seems to works fine we reboot..
when the vindows rise again we cannot hear anything:shock:
so he checked the divice manager and find that the driver is Uninstalled himself!
or something like that......:rolleyes:
so every time he logon he must install the driver again to hear sounds..:(
can anyone help please?

Your soundcard drivers are on your motherboard installation cd. Install from that cd. Problem solved (hopefully).

Try going to the ASUS website and downloading a compatible Vista x64 driver from there.
