I just normaly use Google Images. Searching for Album Artist - Album Name works for me, and then I usually pick the best quality image I can find.

Whether this is the place or not, I could always fill you in on my own MP3 Explorer that I created. I haven't even gotten 'round to making help files for it yet!

I don't have a site from which I can give you a link to download it, so I'll need your e-mail address (and your permission) to e-mail it to you.

I haven't created any installer for it, but it requires no external libraries, etc to work. It'll run from whatever folder you copy it to. I do have a registration mechanism built in, so some features will be disabled, but let me know if you're intersted.
