Remove PC-Doctor Message- How?

I keep getting the below message. I have deleted, to the best of my knowledge, all folders titled PC –Doctor and PCDr. I use a Dell computer and have read PC – Doctor can be traced to Dell Support Center. I have deleted any reference to Dell Support Center.

Is there a process to keep this message from reoccuring?

Thanks Patonb for the input. Yes, I did run Malware. [FONT=&amp]Anyway,I decided to take the plunge and go to my Registry. In there I found the software PC-Doctor and deleted it. I’m hoping that will fix theissue. Need to wait a couple of days to see if the message reappears.[/FONT]
