Help!!! Problem when installing iTunes on Acer

Hi all,

I am experiencing some problem when installing the new iTunes.

The message is:

"There is a problem with this Windows Installer Package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor"

I attached the problem..

Wish anyone can help me to solve this issue.
