Solved Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0D

Recently Windows Live Mail (Version 2011 (Build 15.4.3538.0513) Copyright © 2010 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.) stopped allowing me to send email. I get this message:

The host 'mail.eatet.net' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly.
Subject 'test'
Server: 'mail.eatet.net'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0D
Protocol: SMTP
Port: 25
Secure(SSL): No
Socket Error: 11001

I have had Eatel on remote and everything checks out on their end. I have checked my AVG and Windows settings and email is not being blocked by security. I have "cleaned" my computer for viruses, malware, etc.

If I can't figure it out, I'll have to take it to a PC shop. I would rather not do that.

So which is it, Eatet or Eatel? Just asking.

It is Eatel and that solved my problem. Does make me wonder why it stopped working in the 1st place. But that is neither here nor there.
