looking for software similar to maxblast but does not require seagate drive

i am looking for a progam to transfer OSs and hard drive documents over to another drive because the drive is starting to fail. anyone know a progam that can do it? just like maxblaster that doesnt require a seagate drive

when it asks you to buy full version or states you have to have at least 1 seagate HDD--- just hold ALT then the letter T then O ( technical override) then ok
