W.L. Essentials unable to download

I have removed W.L.Essentials(due to problems recently) to download the "2011 version".It appears to complete the download,then I get the message "another programme is preventing the download".I've lost count of the times I've tried.On the net it appears to be a common problem but a solution?:cry: I have VistaSP2.

It could also be your AV program. Just turn it off for that occasion.
