MS Outlook 2007 (safe mode)

When opening MS Outlook 2007 using Windows 7, the program opens in safe mode only. I have the Professional model of MS Office and all other programs in this program open properly ... MS Outlook is the only one that opens in safe mode. has anyone else had this problem or know how to disable safe mode when opening MS Outlook 2007?
