For those using WinPatrol a new version was released just a few weeks ago.

Win Patrol is software that is awesome. It works in the back ground and quitely does it thing. If because of a virus or malware a change is being made to your computer, Scotty the dog comes out and barks so that you know that a change was made.
The free version notifies you about 5 to 10 minutes after the change, but you are notified. It has many other good features too; such as ease at uninstalling other software etc. You may want to look into it

I've been using WinPatrol for years. I'm staying at 18.1.x until the "cloud" stuff goes away. I prefer clear blue skies.
