Hello and welcome to the forum.
You might want to try a couple of things.
Run a sfc to see if it will fix the problem, this is how, it is easy.
http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/66978-system-files-sfc-command.html
This is the tutorial on how.
I would do it this way...
1. Click the start button.
2. In the search box type
cmd
3. When the pop up list comes up go the the top and Right click the cmd.exe and click run as administrator...
4. When the box apears type this sfc /scannow notice there is a space between the sfc and the forward slash.
5. after typing the command click enter...
Now it will be started, don't click any buttons or use the computer while it is running it works a lot better.
When the scan is done if there are any error's then run the sfc 3 more times. Each time you run the sfc it repairs more.
If you have any questions at all please let us know.
I know you are here for the above question but if I were you I would also do the following.
1. Run a full up-dated Anti-Virus scan with you security.
2. Download and run a full scan using malwarebytes, free version of course.
