silverlight keeps crashing?

so, my brother calls me 2day and tells me his silverlight said it crashed. im sry i dont know all his specs, toshiba laptop, windows vista, 32 bit, k so i go over there and uninstall silverlight, and reinstall a new 1, aswell as the drivers. updated everything, and went home. it just crashed again. now he installed silverlight cause he has been on this netflix kick, watching movies online, netflix told him to download, idk. i did notice he has alot of grafics programs, more than most ppl. i know its not alot of info but any ideas would be greatly apprected

For a test try with another Broswer. If using Explorer, try with Firefox. Dont try with Chrome.

If it works with another Browser and you want to keep Explorer, try to reset Explorer
Tools>interent options>advanced>reset.

lol, sry bout that rich, lol. he is using crome as his default, crome dont support? there getting harder for me 2, lol

Try with Explorer, see what happens. I dont know if Chrome supports or not, but there are sites that Chrome does not like. So just try with explorer and you do not need Silverlight, you can use
Flash, which most people do.

Browsers support most applicable programs (add ons), but sometimes corruption may occur or another add on may conflict. Sometimes the add on may even cause the browser to crash.
