Soap 4.0 Toolkit

Am running Vista Home Premium and just noticed that Soap 4.0 Toolkit is listed under installed programs. Is this a necessary Application? I search around and did not find whether it is necessary or not. Thanks in advance, Hasiel.

It is outdated and no longer in use. I suggest that you do not try to use it. I also suggest that if it is not listed in control panel programs and features that you do not uninstall.

Never delete programs you don't want Uninstall them.

    Weakest part of my computer is the graphics chipset. Only ever used a laptop. Also use USB Freeview TV Card Lenovo Docking Station External Speakers Other bits a pieces as needed
