Solved mp3 splitting program needed

Hi all,
I'm in need of an mp3 splitting program. I've tried mp3Directcut to no avail.
My os is Vista 64bit.
A free program would be nice :)

mp3direct came highly recommended to me but it's not working.

Thank you very much for the recommend. I seldom go with programs by people who have not used them themselves, but in this case it was a small file and worth giving it a shot. WORKS FABULOUS!!!!
