Migrating Outlook 2003 profile from XP to Vista Home Prem.

I am trying to take a friend's Outlook 2003 settings from an old Dell Dimension 3200 XP Home system & migrate them into a (newer) Dell XPS w/ Vista Home Premium. Does anybody know how I can transfer the accounts? Outlook 2003 is installed on the XPS system, but I haven't tried to configure anything yet.
