Hello to all I have read from the forum about these services that are on my computer running all the time and I guess it slows the computer. I know there is a lot of them but how do I know which of them that I really don't need to have running and which ones that I need to keep running all the time. I have Windows Vista Home Premium 64 bit Sp2. Is there a list of all the services and do they explain what is their purpose, like you really don't need this so you can turn it off, and you need this one do not turn it off, for dummies like me when it comes to this.
