I have just installed the new version of MSN (windows live essentials 2011) and when I start up windows live messenger, it crashes (says program has stopped working) and comes up with the error "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000005). Click OK to terminate the application," I have tried uninstalling addons such as toolbars and windows msn plus, this error still persists! please help

I think the best solution and the easiest would be to uninstall and then reinstall.
