Convert 3gpp to wmv in Nero

Hello folks,
I took a video clip with my phone Droid X and now I want to edit it. I'd like to do in Picasa. The format of file is 3gpp. In order to 'glue' video pieces in Picasa the format should be wmv.
I do have Nero 8. Could someone explain me if Nero 8 is capable to recode 3gpp to wmv and how could I do it using Nero?
