Cant watch TV ! ARRRgh!

I have connected the cable into CATV on the back of my computer. When I access Media center and try to watch TV I get an error message that " No Tuner Hardware is detected." Wouldn't the hardware be the CATV I connected to?? What gives? Is there a driver download? I tried help and support but nothing! Help please!

Try add new hardware in the control panel (classic view)
It may find it then go to device manager and see if any errors show.

    Weakest part of my computer is the graphics chipset. Only ever used a laptop. Also use USB Freeview TV Card Lenovo Docking Station External Speakers Other bits a pieces as needed
