Data Execution Prevention closing Itunes

Yesterday I tried to open my Itunes and it gave me the following screen:

When I clicked on Check online for a solution and close the program this popped up in the bottom right corner:

I tried updating Itunes to the latest version and that didn't help.
This problem occurred out of nowhere. I didn't have my ipod plugged in or anything like that.
Hope someone can help! Thanks.

Can I assume you already have tried the typical troubleshooting steps like restarting your computer? And do you have any antivirus software installed?
