Solved CD Tracks Out Of Order

I'm using The Cyberlink software for CD burning. When I make an mp3 disc I select the tracks from the files and click the "add" button in the order I want them on the disc. However, When I play the disc back, it's in a different order. Anybody familiar with Cyberlink Power To Go? I went on their forum, but can mnever get a response.

Have you tried naming them like:

01 "Track 1 Name"
02 "Track 2 Name"
etc.

When they come up in the burn window they are numbered that way.

Why don't you just use windows media player?

You mean to burn the CDs? You can't burn mp3 discs in WMP can you? BTW, I read your first post again and the tracks weren't numbered consecutively, so I'm going to try that.

You can use WMP to burn CD's at the top there is a burn selection click that and you can add the tracks

This worked! I just numbered them the way I wanted them to appear on the disc and that was it. Thanks.

I know you can play mp3s but I don't see an option for burning them. I know you can burn audio CDs but mp3s....?

To burn mp3s, you will have to import them into your library. From here, you will have the option to burn files.

To add files to the WMP library, just drag them from the folder, and drop them into the library (when WMP is open).
