Problem windows live mail is corrupting attached images when sending

Hi,

Over the last few weeks I have been having problems with sending images via windows live mail with my hotmail account.
Almost 90% of the time they are received with the file image corrupted.

Can anyone help or explain why this is suddenly happening?
