Have an HP Pavilion desktop running VISTA 64 Home Premium. Have four accounts (1 Administrator, 3 user). Administrator and Guest accounts have software problems.
Administrator account:
--Cannot open Acrobat 9.3 (internal error occurred); attempted but cannot download latest version of Acrobat 9.3.
-- Word2007 (part of Home and Student Office package) opens with "your autocorrect file MSO 1033.ad could not be saved; file may be 'read only' or not authorized for modifying - Click "OK" and Word opens - create a file and when saving (SAVE AS), the program quits responding - Print works fine.
Also get following:

Guest Account:
All apps work as advertised; print preview is fine but printed version is upside down and backwards (flip over and up-hold up to a lighted background - reads fine) (print on wrong side of page obviously)
My personal user account has no issues yet: since I use this account for critical processes (right now Turbo Tax), I hope to resolve the issue(S) before my account is corrupted.
