I upgraded from a geforce video card to an ATI card and had trouble uninstalling the physx engine forcing me to run windows install cleanup utility. well something in the process corrupted my office install and every time i click one of the components to open it setup for office started. drove me nuts!!! i ended up trying to uninstall office to reinstall it, would not let me do it. got error message i did not have access to it, so i used the windows install cleanup to remove it and now am getting that error message. anybody know a way around this? where in the registry is that key? hopeful that i can avoid format and reinstall of windows but am prepared to do it if needed. thank you to all that reply
