WinRAR problem; context menu

Hello,

I'm having a problem with winRAR (v 3.91).
The context menu doesn't seem to be working.
Whenever I right click a .rar file, the context menu opens with all the options which should be there, but whenever I choose one of the winRAR features, such as "Extract here" or "extract to..." nothing seems to happen, the context menu just closes, so obviously it registers my click, but nothing happens. When I open the winRAR file though, everything works perfectly fine, and I can extract to wherever I want.

All the other optional features on the context menu seems to work perfectly fine aswell, so it is nothing wrong with the menu itself. ( Scan with AVG etc )

EDIT: I've tried reinstalling, I've tried disabling the shell integration options and then re-enable them. No success so far.

Oh, God, exact same problem, help!

Me too have done what Willnord has done, with no success.
Disabling User Account Control does not resolve the issue either.

This is a 7-64bit OS.
