Quicktime Serious Error

Hi, I've never actually gotten quicktime to work on my Vista set up. I really didn't care before until I bought two pieces of software to help me with my college studies.

I've gotten software to help me with both physics & biology as the interactive element really seemed like a good idea. However, the programs BOTH use quicktime to play the associated movie files and not only can I NOT open quicktime I can't access either program.

I have the error messages at the bottom, hopefull you'll understand the significance of them. I've found articles that are old that suggest something.

But it's 2007 & none of the comments say it worked.

I use Nvidia but I only updated it about 2 months ago after havoc with other programs. I hope you know a solution. Thanks
