Error"a referral was returned from the server"

When trying to load PCstudio from the Samsung website (setup_1.1.2.IC7_6.exe), I get an error message with the path of the application setup files and the referral from server error. I am running this as administrator (right click option). I have Vista Ultimate 32bit SP2. Any help would be appreciated as this is the first time I have ever seen this error since loading Vista.

What browser did you use to download the file? Sounds like it may be corrupted. I'd try downloading it again, and ensure you're using Internet Explorer.

    Main Machine. Just upgraded my RAM to 8GB. Next task will be to get a new processor for this machine ( 9650 was for my secondary machine )
