UAC prompting for admin password to open Outlook 2007

This is happening to me. Through standard and administrator accounts, UAC is prompting for the admin password to continue to open Outlook 2007 on Vista Home Premium. Just started happening when I did a repair on MS office 2007. All other Office apps are working without UAC prompt Word, Excel, etc. A standard user especially should not need admin privilege. Something broke

Do not wish to turn UAC off..
