Cannot connect to Refurb Xbox 360

I sent my Xbox in for repairs and now it will not connect to the window media center. It is online with my network and I can access files and music just not through the media center. After you enter the 8 digit code runs through and gets to a certain spot with a configuration error. what am I doing wrong?

It gets to the third check box configuring extender settings and then the error.

Is it the 360 or the PC?

Well its not the Xbox its somthing with Media center on my PC I had a second 360 that also did not work.
