Microsoft Office 2007 Service Pack 2

Hi,
I am having trouble, trying to install
Microsoft Office 2007 Service Pack 2?
I just says, installation failed?
I looked up the web, they said
Install KB967642, to fix the problem
But, I still cannot install it? :confused:

Can someone please help me?

I broke down and did a manual uninstall of Office 2007. It was easy, but
tedious. Be sure to print the instructions off and make notes as you go.
Re-install worked perfectly. Make sure you have a valid office 2007 disk
because it will ask you for the license code.

Hi riptorn,
Re Office 2007 SP2.
Did you try to install it alone or as one of many updates?
Was your anti virus etc prog. active?
Presumably the down load went ok.
Did you check in Event Viewer for any further clues as to why it wouldn't install?
Is it worth doing a system retore? [ then leave SP2 for a few days before re trying.]
