Camera media card question

Somehow Vista is retaining memory of very first pictures loaded onto computer from memory card and is reading directory of previous pictures on card. This is what I do: Insert card into media slot....use autoplay...open folder to view files...transfer photos manualy to new folder...delete pics from card.

Vista will show very first pictures ever loaded onto computer from that card with new pictures hidden under those pictures. Clicking on it will open latest photo taken.

This occurs on both Vista computers in my home.

it is probably just the thumbnail cache. you can clear it by doing a disk cleanup.
