Really annoying problem with Windows Live Msnger...

Well this has been happening a lot on and off, and usually it's not that much of an issue but rather just a nuisance. Some of my contacts would not receive the messages I write them, but the instant they message me the next one I wrote they would get. Other times, they would reply and when I did they still wouldn't get my message. Now if it happens for like a couple of minutes it's not that big of a deal, but that person is still not getting my messages and it has been HOURS (like a day) and they still aren't able to get my messages. Is there any possible reasons for this? Any help would be much appreciated.

I can't help you,but i had the same problem yesterday while chatting with a friend. All at once i wasnt receiving his messages......i signed out of messenger and back in again,and everything was fine once more. Hope someone has a solution to this very annoying problem.
